1. Foundation Jacking. To fix a sinking foundation that was installed on inefficiently compacted dirt, we use a jack to correct the slab’s position and pumping additives beneath it for stability. This process saves you from having to replace the slab altogether and won’t damage any surrounding landscaping or interior structures. |

2. Structural Welding. Our certified welding team can help during new construction with structural welding requirements. We help general contractors in a pinch and also can handle the structural component as the main contractor. We work with both residential and commercial clients on any structural welding needs.
3. Foundation Underpinning. Underpinning is a popular method of reinforcing a foundation with cracks wider than ¼”. Underpinning either increases the depth or the surface area of your foundation so that it reaches more solid soil or to distribute the load across a wider area, respectively. The most common method of underpinning is a mass pour. We’ll excavate certain sections to a pre-determined depth below your foundation’s footings, then pour concrete into the area to support your foundation.
4. Foundation Wall Reinforcement. If possible, we will always try to save the existing foundation walls. It’s easier and cheaper than a full replacement. The reinforcement process can vary depending on the situation, but most often we see a similar situation. The walls are bowing in from improper drainage and need to be pushed back outward. We use equipment to temporarily take pressure off the foundation and push the wall out. Then we’ll leverage steel beams to reinforce the wall structure so it won’t bow again. Then, we’ll re-grade your exterior to prevent the issue in the first place.
5. Foundation Wall Replacement. A wall replacement becomes necessary when your foundation’s walls are too old or have significant damage that a repair can’t tackle. We’ll build a temporary framework, remove soil around your foundation, dismantle the deteriorated walls and footings, put up a new, structurally sound wall, and then remove our temporary support. This process causes minimal disruptions to your daily life and is the most efficient route of replacement.
